Territory Manager

This is a field based (outside the home office) sales position. The individual will call on Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgical Centers and physician offices.  Their primary purpose is to represent the company and our product to the end user to facilitate purchases of our product by the customer.  They will be required to demonstrate our product, teach physicians and nurses how to use our product and facilitate the purchase of the product. 

Sr. R&D Engineer

This position requires technical and leadership skills in the development of innovative electro-mechanical devices. The Engineer will apply technical principles, theories and concepts in working on difficult technical problems. This position will work under general direction and have latitude in determining how to solve problems. The Engineer will participate on, and may lead, cross-functional teams that develop projects from concept through commercialization (including product design & development, testing, preparation of specifications and process capability studies, research investigation) and will have a central technical role within the R&D project team.  This is full spectrum role, from hands on prototype design and fabrication to leading technical teams to achieve project level goals.  This position reports to an R&D Director.

Sr. Supplier QE

Serves as a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer to improve and execute quality system requirements in support of supplier qualifications, process validations, corporate quality goals and priorities.  Provides focused quality engineering support within new and existing suppliers current product, operational, or system/services support.   The Sr. Quality Engineer monitors and advises on how the product quality is performing and publishes data and reports regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system in achieving the product performance goals. Where appropriate, the Sr. Quality Engineer advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Quality Compliance Manager

Responsible for documenting, reviewing, and evaluating all complaints. Processes, investigates, and monitors trending and reporting of product defect complaints, serving as primary contact. Addresses and expedites product complaints under the company's complaint policy and procedures, and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies. Monitors complaint activity and provides suggestions to appropriate company authorities to modify existing manufacturing or packaging process based upon pattern and related analyses. Maintains unified product defect investigation operating procedures. Provides technical expertise to optimize complaint processing systems. Maintains and monitors systems to ensure that all product complaint investigations received are appropriately investigated and concluded per the company's complaint handling procedure.  This includes determining when a complaint requires a MDR, Vigilance Medical Problem, or other regulatory report and for ensuring that all reportable events are appropriately and timely filed with the FDA and / or the appropriate governmental agency in their respective country.   The incumbent will be responsible for their Customer Quality Assurance Post Market supervision and support.  In addition to direct product responsibilities this person will provide technical leadership to the Quality Analysts in the area of  accuracy, quality and timeliness of the complaint files for their respective areas. This individual will educate and train new employees, provide feedback regarding their performance to them.  They will report all complaint activities to management on a regular basis.  They will be responsible for medical device reports, health hazard evaluations, customer evaluations and investigations.   This position also oversees the management of the GI Solutions documentation control system through supervision and management of the Document Control Specialist and Analyst.  

R&D Engineer I/II

Provide technical support and sustaining engineering directly to the manufacturing floor. Work with R&D teams to provide DFM analysis and  transfer manufacturing processes into production per applicable regulations and quality system requirements. Provide strong continuous improvement and leadership competencies to drive quality, delivery, and cost improvement in manufacturing. Establish and review process capabilities, control procedures, and output data.  Write manufacturing process instructions, design fixtures, configure equipment, provides operator training, and perform field failure analysis.
